Janelle’s family-friendly space
Janelle and her family needed a safe, comfortable place for outdoor activities, but their sloped, wooded backyard was not the answer. A TimberTech deck provided the extra space the four of them needed with the style their forever home deserved.
More space becomes a family favorite
Janelle’s kids needed a safe, splinter-free place to paint, bounce balls, and do the things that kids do in a backyard. But without a traditional yard, she had to get creative and extend their home’s living area to create a flexible, multi-purpose space. Her TimberTech deck did just that, bringing their home’s style to a new outdoor room where kids can be kids.
Janelle appreciated the broad selection of TimberTech colors that complemented their home. She chose a two-toned, bordered design. The Decking: Autumn Chestnut (discontinued) and Harvest Collection in Slate Gray
Janelle chose two colors for her deck, Autumn Chestnut for the main surface and Slate Gray for the edges. (For a similar look to Autumn Chestnut, see Harvest Collection in Brownstone.) The decision was not easy, as she said there were many colors, any of which could work with her home. She appreciated the decking’s long expected life, backed by Product and Fade & Stain Limited Warranties.
